Job Description:

TSL Consulting Pvt. Ltd is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating sales opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for reaching out to decision-makers, C-level executives, and managers to uncover sales prospects.
  • Drive lead generation efforts to nurture potential clients and opportunities.
  • Execute inside sales and marketing strategies to effectively promote our products and services.
  • Identify and target new businesses and potential customers.
  • Utilize a consultative and solutions-oriented approach to generate sales leads.
  • Conduct market research and profiling to assess and qualify prospects.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in English.
  • Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with computer hardware and software.
  • Proficiency in B2B marketing and sales techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

Soft Skills:

  • Fluent in English with a professional telephone manner.
  • Basic technical understanding of computer hardware and IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with CCNA, ERP systems, and databases.

Salary: ₹240,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
