Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager at Go Gauge Logistics, you will nurture and grow strategic relationships with key clients. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact, understanding their unique requirements and ensuring exceptional service delivery. By developing deep insights into their businesses, you’ll identify growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to drive value for both the client and the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the client account.
    • Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively address any issues or concerns.
  2. Account Planning and Strategy:
    • Develop comprehensive account plans outlining growth and retention strategies.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to maximize revenue.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and exceptional service delivery.
  3. Business Development:
    • Continuously assess market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
    • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to expand the client portfolio.
    • Participate in industry events and networking activities to promote the company’s services and capabilities.
  4. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track account performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders, summarizing account activities, achievements, and opportunities.
  5. Contract Management:
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with company policies.
    • Review and analyze contract performance, identifying areas for optimization and risk mitigation.
