What We Are Looking For:

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time + Onsite
• Location: Kakade Bizz Icon, Near Esquare, Shivajinagar, Pune.
• Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate (preferably in IT)
• Experience: Prior experience in the IT Industry/Sales, especially in counseling for IT courses, is preferred.
• Skills: Essential IT knowledge, excellent communication (written & verbal), and sales skills.
• Joining: Minimum 15-30 days (Immediate Joiners preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students on course options, career paths, and enrollment procedures.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Explain course details, curriculum, and fees clearly and accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment data.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline enrollment processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to students throughout their journey.
• Represent IT Shaala professionally in all interactions.

Pay: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 a month
