Responsibilities:
Supports the continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
Supports in the implementation of ways to improve working processes within the area of Business Analysis.
Executes activities contributing to the development of the strategy/analytics roadmap and self-service reporting capabilities.
Monitors the reporting metrics critical for tracking and managing the business. This will include daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue, consumption, and other key metrics.
Participates in the analysis of business processes in order to identify and address both operational and financial risks, as well as bottlenecks.
Analyses business needs and solutions in order to devise strategies and facilitate stakeholder collaboration effectively and efficiently.
Collates data and performs regression and other statistical analyses to help identify meaningful data relationships, key performance indicators, and key risk indicators
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in business analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools.
