Topslick, a leading Life Insurance Company, is seeking candidates for the position of Branch Sales Manager in various locations across Kerala. The role involves relationship management in the Banca channel, requiring candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in financial product sales, preferably from a banking background.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients in the Banca channel.
• Promote and sell financial products to meet sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client queries and concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of transactions and documentation.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to develop strategies for increasing sales and market share.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in financial product sales, with a preference for candidates from a banking background.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver results.
• Knowledge of insurance products and financial services industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in local language(s) is desirable.
