Full Job Description:

Job Summary: ADARSH Career Institute is seeking an enthusiastic individual for the position of Biology Faculty. The candidate will be responsible for teaching subjects from class 9th to 12th and preparing students for NEET/IIT-JEE syllabus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct classes for students in biology subjects covering class 9th to 12th curriculum.
• Prepare students for competitive exams like NEET/IIT-JEE by covering relevant syllabus and conducting practice sessions.
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans and teaching strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Engage students in interactive learning activities and discussions.
• Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment in the classroom.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, including making lesson plans.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with NEET/IIT-JEE syllabus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
