Perpetual Invention is seeking BBA Interns to join their team in Pune, Maharashtra. This role offers an opportunity for interns to gain valuable experience in sales and marketing while contributing to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and explaining the products and services offered by the company.
• Contacting existing and prospective customers using scripts.
• Obtaining customer information and relevant data.
• Asking questions to understand customer specifications.
• Resolving queries and issues related to products and services.
• Recording all sales phone calls and deals.
• Taking and processing product orders professionally.
• Maintaining the customer database regularly.
• Suggesting solutions based on customer needs.

Requirements:

• Work experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar role in the Sales Department.
• Professional certification in sales and marketing is an advantage.
• Great interpersonal skills.
