Responsibilities:

• Understand the 70:20:10 learning model and instructional design theories
• Review source content to define learning objectives and structure it logically
• Write detailed storyboards and apply design approaches in agreed formats
• Design and develop ILT/VILT content and assets for a global audience
• Collaborate with client SMEs and identify appropriate multimedia elements
• Create supporting content including videos, photos, audio, tests, quizzes, and interactive WBTs

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in designing training content, including eLearning courses and multimedia products
• Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vyond
• Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight timelines
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in learning design, instructional design, educational psychology, or a similar field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹240,000.00 – ₹570,000.00 per year
