Job Description:
gostudy is hiring Associate Consultants with 1-2 years of experience in Credit card sales, Insurance Sales, or Ed-tech inside sales. The role involves managing inbound calls, prospects, and maintaining SLAs while ensuring call quality. Fluency in English and one of Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, or Telugu is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound calls and provide necessary information to customers
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and collect feedback
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Update customer account information in the company’s database
• Identify sales opportunities and pitch products/services to customers

Requirements:

• Fluency in English along with one of Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, or Telugu
• Minimum qualification: Any degree or +2 pass
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Only male candidates can apply

Work Environment:

• Voice Process in English, Tamil preferred
• Day shifts available
