Description:
The School of Inspirational Leadership (SIL) is seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Project Coordinator to join their team. The role involves facilitating the successful execution of various projects aimed at driving business growth and delivering exceptional value to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage project risks and issues effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, status reports, and deliverable reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure alignment between project outcomes and client expectations.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources, tasks, and responsibilities among project teams.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare comprehensive project reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the business consulting or services industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Team player with leadership qualities, adaptability, and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
