As the Assistant Manager HR at Tetra Investments, you’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Corporate HR to implement HR strategies across our multinational operations. Your role involves supervising various HR functions such as human resources management, performance management, talent development, HR communication, and reporting. Emphasizing strategic alignment, effective communication, and cross-cultural competence, you’ll contribute to enhancing our organization’s growth and success by nurturing a positive and inclusive work environment.


  • Human Resources:
  • Supervise department accountabilities to ensure alignment with job descriptions.
  • Support daily HR operations and tasks.
  • Assist the Head of Corporate HR as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Employment Equity Plan and Sustainable Development plan.
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes.
  • Supervise training and development initiatives.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and employment regulations.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Head of Corporate HR.
  • Collaborate with other departments to assess staffing and organizational structure.

Performance Management:

  • Design performance management approaches.
  • Review performance management reviews per department.
  • Track and report Key Performance Indicators.

People Development:

  • Manage employee development initiatives.
  • Identify high-potential employees for career succession planning.

HR Communication:

  • Provide timely communication on HR matters.
  • Design and implement HR initiatives aligning with company values.


  • Deliver weekly reports on HR team priorities.
  • Provide recruitment forecasts and headcount trend analysis.


  • Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Work Experience: 5+ years in a management role with sound knowledge of labor laws.
