Responsibilities:

• Develop digital marketing strategy and plan campaigns for various client objectives.
• Executemulti-channel digital marketing campaigns, including web, email, social media, and digital advertising.
• Setup and configure campaign workflows in  marketing automation tool.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Proficient in overall marketing thought process – content creation, messaging and positioning areas
• Build marketing efficiency and effectiveness in the overall process
• Create landing pages/forms, drip campaigns
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Manage outsourced vendors and freelancers
• Client Management and ownership of deliverables – client meetings, training, reporting and consulting

Requirements:

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience
• Must have executed digital campaigns across various different marketing channels – email, ads, web, messaging
• Must have good communication and client interaction skills
• Must have managed a team/vendors/freelancers. Or should be aspiring to become team lead.
• Must be hands-on person, who does not hesitate to roll up sleeves and get the work done
• Should have knowledge of marketing automation tools and technologies
• Self-motivated, and customer focused
• Quality conscious and results oriented
