Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
Provide detailed information about the IT courses offered, including course content, duration, and career prospects.
Conduct information sessions and campus tours.
Assess prospective students’ educational backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses.
Offer personalized counselling to help students understand the benefits and outcomes of various IT courses.
Assist students in understanding admission requirements and processes.
Guide students through the application process, including the submission of necessary documents.
Review and verify application forms and ensure all requirements are met.
Coordinate with the admissions team to process applications and communicate admission decisions.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and messages.
Provide updates on application status and address any concerns or queries.
Ensure timely communication of acceptance or rejection of applications.
Work closely with the marketing team to implement outreach and recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with academic staff to stay updated on course offerings and changes.
Prepare regular reports on admissions statistics and progress.
Represent the institution at education fairs, open houses, and other recruitment events.
Participate in webinars and online sessions to engage with prospective students.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
Proven experience in educational counselling or admissions, preferably in IT or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
