Job Description:

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of the company. Your primary tasks will include petty cash handling, stock maintenance, and preparation of billing and quotations. This position is open exclusively to female candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Handle petty cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain records of stock inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
• Prepare and issue invoices, bills, and quotations as per company procedures.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records.

Requirements:

• Freshers are preferred for this role.
• Availability during office hours from 9.30AM to 6.30PM, with Sundays off.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
