The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) is inviting online applications for the recruitment of Constable/Tradesman positions, specifically for Barber, Safai Karamchari, and Gardener roles. This opportunity is open to both male and female Indian citizens, including subjects of Nepal and Bhutan. These positions are classified as Group C Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial, and are initially on a temporary basis with the potential for permanency. The online registration for ITBP Constable Tradesman 2024 will commence on July 28, 2024, and will close on August 26, 2024.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform basic law enforcement duties, including patrolling borders, responding to calls for service, and apprehending criminals.
Maintain order and security at border crossings and other sensitive locations.
Conduct investigations and gather intelligence on criminal activity.
Provide support to other law enforcement agencies.

Job Requirements:

Must be a citizen of India.
Must be at least 18 years of age and no older than 25 years (for Barber and Safai Karamchari) or 23 years (for Gardener).
Must have completed 10th Class (Matriculation) from a recognized board.
Must have 02 years work experience in respective trade (OR) 01 year certificate from ITI / Vocational Institute with at least 01 year experience in the trade (OR) 02 years Diploma from ITI in the trade.
Must be physically and mentally fit for the job
