Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development

Lesson Plan Design on Values, Life Skills and SEL for Students aged above 16 yrs

Events Design on Values, Life Skills and SEL for Children, Parents and Teachers

Project-based Design on innovative curriculum of 21st Century Life Skills for Students and Teachers

Requirements:

Post Graduate with a degree from a recognized university

Prior experience in Teaching children & adults in educational institutions

Must have at least 2 year experience of working on projects in at least one of the following

– Values Education/Life Skills Education/Well-Being/Social Emotional Learning/Character Education

Exception ability in educational research and learning new teaching tools / educational pedagogies

Adept at handling multiple competing priorities and duties in fast-paced and result-driven manner

High level of written and spoken proficiency in English, Marathi and Hindi

Skills in MS Office (word, excel, ppt, etc), online tools such as google drive, google sheets, forms, etc.), video and audio tools (Zoom, Google hangouts, Teams etc)

Initiative, adaptability and willingness to go beyond your specific roles and tasks, whenever required.

Thinking and problem-solving skills – assessing situations, identifying problems and solutions, analyzing, innovating, etc.

Team player with collaborative aptitude, ability to receive and incorporate feedback.
