Job Description:
Fulcrum Resources Pvt Ltd is hiring a Field Sales Executive for a direct sales profile in the B2B market. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales leads through on-field meetings and cold calls. You will play a vital role in driving sales growth and developing market presence in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive leads provided by the company and generate additional leads through cold calls.
• Conduct 20 to 35 on-field meetings daily to meet sales targets.
• Identify decision-makers within targeted leads and initiate the sales process.
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Ensure systematic follow-up with client organizations to advance the sales process.
• Collect payments from clients as per company’s payment terms.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer retention.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
• Build and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
• Provide innovative ideas to enhance market presence and sales effectiveness.
• Foster a sales-centric atmosphere and culture among team members.
• Maintain contacts with financial centers and professionals to build referrals.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through acquisition of merchants/channel partners.

Qualifications:

• Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of total work experience preferred, with direct sales experience.
• Language: Proficiency in Hindi preferred.
• License/Certification: Driving License preferred.
