Job Description:
Onkar Dies Pvt Ltd is seeking an HR Trainee with 0 to 6 months of experience to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. As an HR Trainee, you will gain exposure and hands-on experience in various HR functions including payroll, attendance management, and labor contractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
• Coordinate with labor contractors for workforce requirements.
• Gain practical experience in HR processes and policies.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in HR (1 year preferred).
• Proficiency in English language.
• Ability to work day shifts, rotational shifts, and weekends as required.
