Job Description:
Creedsoft Technologies is hiring for the position of Process Associate for US Non-Voice Process. This is a full-time, permanent position with a night shift schedule from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday to Friday. Candidates are required to attend a face-to-face interview.

Responsibilities:

• Capture data on a PC workstation from CRT images or client-provided written source documents.
• Perform data entry accurately and timely using specified DATAMARK procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education: High School or equivalent, Graduation.
• Skills: Ability to understand and give instructions accurately, basic computer and interpersonal skills, English speaking preferred, ability to follow instructions, communication skills, good typing speed (35 – 45 WPM).
• Experience: Fresher (2022, 2023, 2024 pass outs) to 2 years.
