Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties including office management tasks.
  • Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Handle telecalling responsibilities to support project objectives.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively within the team and with external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous work experience of at least 1 year, particularly in sales.
  • Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu (Preferred), and English languages.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
