Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including office management tasks.
- Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Handle telecalling responsibilities to support project objectives.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively within the team and with external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous work experience of at least 1 year, particularly in sales.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu (Preferred), and English languages.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
