Job Description:

• Conducting Parents-Teacher meetings.
• Creating weekly timetables.
• Gathering feedback after phase tests.
• Developing academic plans annually.
• Regularly following up with parents regarding absenteeism of their wards.
• Daily meetings with teachers to discuss course flow, syllabus follow-up, and student-parent-related issues.
• Coordinating with faculty members to create all question papers.
• Organizing quizzes and phase tests for all segment batches.
• Overseeing student enrollment and registration for competitive exams, providing support services to enhance the overall student experience.
• Managing admissions and student affairs to achieve institutional goals.
• Handling fees collection.
• Interacting with parents to address their grievances.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as an Academic Coordinator.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong management skills.
• Only female candidates preferred.
