Responsibilities
- Answering phones and explaining the products and services offered by the Institute.
- Contacting existing customers and prospective students using provided data.
- Gathering student information and relevant data.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the courses offered.
- Handling admissions and processing them professionally.
- Regularly updating and maintaining the student database.
- Providing tailored solutions based on students’ needs and requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous work experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar role in the Sales Department.
- Professional certification in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and within a team.
- Efficient multitasking and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
