Job Description:
Avantika Wellness Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee administrative procedures, streamline processes, and ensure efficient operations within the company. This role involves recruiting and training personnel, managing office supplies, overseeing facilities services, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to streamline processes.
- Recruit, train, and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching for maximum efficiency.
- Manage information flow within the company to facilitate business operations.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and budgetary constraints for purchasing new materials.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and office activities.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
- Keep abreast of organizational changes and business developments.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Administration Manager.
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and legal policies.
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Team player with leadership skills.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field.
