Job Description:
RedGorillas is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves B2B and B2C sales activities targeting sports academies in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, along with previous experience in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct B2B and B2C sales activities targeting sports academies during either early morning (6AM to 9AM) or evening (5PM to 9PM) shifts.
• Build relationships with customers and clients.
• Generate sales leads and convert them into successful deals.
• Report daily activities and maintain communication with the company regarding progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Must have a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education (Preferred).
• Proficiency in Hindi (Preferred).
• Valid driving license (Preferred) for travel to specific locations in Bangalore.

Additional Details:

• Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
• Language: Proficiency in Hindi is preferred for effective communication with clients.
• Work Location: In person, travel to specific locations in Bangalore required.
