Job Description:
- Proven work experience as an HR Operation and Recruitment specialist (minimum 5 years exp.).
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Handle onboarding & join formalities, managing employee life cycle activities from onboarding to exit.
- Experience with sourcing techniques from various sources and interviewing candidates via phone, video, and in-person.
- Manage campus drives across the region.
- Maintain all levels of employees’ physical documents & records and database.
- Experience with HRMS portal management.
- Collaborate with line managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Conduct orientations and update records of new staff.
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
- Perform HR generalist duties.
- Foster employee engagement.
- Multilingual speaking is a must.
