Full Job Description:
Baltic Apprenticeships is seeking a driven IT Apprentice to join one of their client’s sites in the Midlands area. This role offers a salary of £12,147 per annum along with excellent training and development opportunities. As an IT Apprentice, you will be fully immersed in the world of IT, dealing with hardware, Microsoft Windows and 365, supporting password resets, setting up new users, and more. You will receive guidance and support from the IT Manager, the wider IT team, and a specialist coach from Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Dealing with hardware, Windows, and Microsoft 365
• Supporting with password resets
• Setting up and creating new users
• Exposure to networking, including switches and VLANs

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Basic IT knowledge and a passion for the subject
• Good focus and commitment to the apprenticeship
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Grade 5/C in GCSE English and Grade 4/C in GCSE Maths
