• Experience: 4-6 years of experience building large scale, distributed systems
• Programming Languages: Proficient in any programming language and open to learning GoLang; experience in Python is a plus
• Skills: Develop highly scalable services and resolve complex software systems issues with a strong focus on latencies, RPS, and error rates
• Architecture: Experience in Microservices architecture and patterns
• Databases: Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Postgres)
• Technologies: Familiarity with Technologies such as Elasticsearch, Redis, Logging, Tracing, Cloud (GCP / AWS), Docker, Kubernetes
• Event Streaming: Experience with distributed event streaming platforms (Kafka)
