Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Process and verify customer documents for banking products.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain records within the banking system.

Coordinate with front-end and sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and application processing.

Conduct routine checks and validations to maintain data integrity and adherence to compliance policies.

Assist in preparing and distributing reports related to loan approvals, credit card processing, and application status.

Handle customer queries via email or internal communication channels and provide necessary follow-up support.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document handling.

Basic knowledge of banking and financial products, especially loans and credit cards, is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, for data processing and reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
