Responsibilities:
3 to 5 years of experience as operations & administration office
Work with senior stakeholders to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations, validate and process vendor invoices
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
Build alliances and partnerships with other vendors and service providers
Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers
Analysing and maintaining operational data
Monitoring adherence to policies and processes throughout the company
Providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work
Ensure storing and tracking of company assets
Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
Helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant including SEZ online filing
Oversee the daily functions of the business
Requirements:
Bachelors’ degree or PG in business administration
Skills required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation skills
Proficiency in English and Tamil (mandatory)
Professional attitude and appearance
Leadership skills, adaptability and flexibility in working hours
Willingness to learn and support each other
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with Infopark, SEZ authorities and vendors
