Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential restaurant partners, presenting the unique benefits of partnering with The Genie.
• Outbound and Inbound Reachouts to signup Restaurants.
• Build and maintain relationships with restaurant owners and managers, understanding their needs and how our platform can meet them.
• Coordinate with internal teams, share insights you’d be receiving for smooth onboarding and integration of new restaurant partners.
• Assist in developing strategies to increase restaurant partner satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English. Atleast 2 of these.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a startup environment.
