Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Develop creatives, design on Canva & other tools. Expertise to run a campaign on Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram & Other Social media platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and creative, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support digital marketing initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior members of the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Experience in IT Industry only.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results and achieve business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and extract actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
