Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging advanced digital tools and technologies.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion rates) to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital marketing techniques, staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, IT) to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals and product initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all digital channels, maintaining brand integrity and enhancing brand awareness.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and technology partners to optimize digital marketing performance and capabilities.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on strategic leadership and team management.
  • Proven track record of success in driving digital marketing initiatives that have significantly impacted business growth and profitability.
  • Expertise in leveraging digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to extract insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC
