Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging advanced digital tools and technologies.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion rates) to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effective campaign execution.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital marketing techniques, staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new opportunities for growth.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, IT) to align digital marketing strategies with overall business goals and product initiatives.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all digital channels, maintaining brand integrity and enhancing brand awareness.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on strategic leadership and team management.
Proven track record of success in driving digital marketing initiatives that have significantly impacted business growth and profitability.
Expertise in leveraging digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to extract insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
