Kawika Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with sales and marketing teams, identify new market segments, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic mindset to drive business expansion and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for a unified approach to business development and client acquisition
• Identify new market segments and opportunities for business expansion and growth
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify market opportunities and potential clients
• Generate new leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking, and online marketing
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while establishing rapport with potential clients
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales activities and progress to senior management
• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue and growth targets

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of IT services and technologies
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
