Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, answer phones and emails from employees, customers, and clients, and direct them to relevant staff
Monitor and order office supplies, collect and distribute mail
Assist in the planning and execution of internal events (i.e., customer visits, audits, Halls,
Engagement Activities, Charity Outreach)
Update/maintain site bulletin boards with relevant site information
Schedule interviews, assist in onboarding activities, and organize new hire employment paperwork
Maintain conference room cleanliness and upkeep
Identifying opportunities for process and office management improvements
Follow SOPs for export and import activity. Prompt communication with CHA and compliance agencies
Requirements:
3+ Years of work experience in an administrative and customer service role
Associate degree preferred
Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools
Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
Attention to detail is needed to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
