Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
- Generate sales leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs.
- Provide detailed information about products or services and answer customer queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor own performance against sales targets and take corrective action when necessary.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on sales performance and customer responses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Update customer information and track sales progress.
- Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and pricing.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results.
- Provide insights and feedback to the sales team and management on customer preferences and market trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and results-oriented with a strong ability to close sales.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
