Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our ERP software.
Guide customers through problem-solving processes and assist with software usage questions.
Collaborate with the development team to understand software updates and new features.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers on ERP functionalities and best practices.
Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately for future reference and escalation.
Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation.
Conduct training sessions and webinars for customers to enhance their understanding of the ERP system.
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team for future enhancements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the latest developments in ERP systems.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the support team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably with ERP software.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in business processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
