Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our ERP software.
  • Guide customers through problem-solving processes and assist with software usage questions.
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand software updates and new features.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on ERP functionalities and best practices.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately for future reference and escalation.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars for customers to enhance their understanding of the ERP system.
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team for future enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the latest developments in ERP systems.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the support team.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably with ERP software.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in business processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
