Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO)
• Manage paid search campaigns (SEM)
• Develop engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms
• Design and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across all digital channels
• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the company website
• Work with the IT, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on digital marketing initiatives and company objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO tools, email marketing software, and social media platforms
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), particularly WordPress
• A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development principles is a plus
