Job Description:
Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and PPC.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for online marketing initiatives, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and engage with our social media communities, including posting updates, responding to comments, and analyzing social media performance.
  • SEO Support: Assist in optimizing website content for search engines by keyword research and on-page SEO activities.
  • Email Marketing: Help in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Gather and analyze data from various digital marketing channels to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development teams, to ensure cohesive marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Entry-level position, but previous internship or relevant coursework in digital marketing is a plus.
  • Strong passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Any 2 out of 5 Google Certificates [ Ads, Shopping, Search, Videos & Display ]

Skills:

  • Knowledge & understanding of social media platforms like- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, Google+ etc. and how each channel can be used in various scenarios.
  • Social Listening, Cross-Platform – Content Marketing, Community Building, Engaging Influencers, Brand Building & Reputation Management.
  • Must be good at generating and executing Social Media Marketing Calendar, Social Media Analytics using various Tools, Competitive Analysis Studies, MIS Reports, InterDivisional Coordination, etc.</
