We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, conversion, and digital marketing. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, converting leads, and developing effective marketing strategies to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
- Convert leads to clients by understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
Marketing:
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote our services.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and digital marketing.
- Proven track record in lead conversion and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
