Position Overview: EWA Properties is seeking a motivated and dynamic Hospitality Supervisor to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with up to one year of experience in the hospitality industry who are ready to take on a leadership role. The successful candidate will oversee hospitality operations, train subordinates, and ensure the highest standards of customer service and accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hospitality Management: Oversee all aspects of hospitality operations, including bedding arrangements, check-in and check-out preparations, and toiletries management.
• Checklist Preparation: Develop and maintain comprehensive checklists for various hospitality tasks to ensure all standards and procedures are consistently met.
• Customer Handling: Provide excellent customer service, address guest concerns, and ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
• Leadership and Training: Lead and train subordinates, ensuring they perform their duties effectively and efficiently. Foster a team-oriented environment and encourage professional development.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to various locations as required to oversee operations and ensure consistency in service quality.

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to handle customer issues and provide high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must own a two-wheeler.
