This role involves handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and development. Ideal candidates should have over 2 years of experience in HR, with expertise in various HR functions.

Requirements:

• Any degree or related field.
• Over 2 years of experience in HR.
• Proven experience in a senior HR role, demonstrating expertise in various HR functions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office.
• Must be able to travel to other branches.
• Language: Malayalam (Required).
