Job Summary: The HR Executive is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various job positions within the organization. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to identify and attract top talent. The HR Executive will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  2. Source potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  3. Conduct initial screenings of applicants to evaluate qualifications and suitability for positions.
  4. Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  5. Assist in the selection process by conducting reference checks and background screenings.
  6. Prepare and present job offers to successful candidates, including negotiation on terms and conditions.
  7. Develop and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future job openings.
  8. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and informative communication.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labor laws.
  10. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques, social media recruitment, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment projects.
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
