About the Role
As the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will serve as the regional head responsible for HR operations, focusing on driver hiring, retention, and welfare strategies within the public transport sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies to optimize driver hiring, retention, and welfare.
• Manage payroll, PF, ESI compliances, and ensure adherence to labor laws.
• Drive company growth in the public transport sector through effective policy implementation.

Candidate Profile

• Proactive leader with a graduation or post-graduation degree.
• 4+ years of experience in managing HR operations, preferably in infrastructure, housekeeping, transport, or logistics sectors.
• Experience managing 500+ employees and fluent in Kannada.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

Requirements

• Graduation or post-graduation degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll management and employee relations.
• Fluent in Kannada.
