Job Description:
Nestasia is seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join their team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales through new opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing store operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively seek new sales opportunities and achieve individual and store targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage store operations including inventory, displays, cashiering, and stock management.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies.
- Work with the marketing team to devise sales and customer base expansion strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Experience in the home decor or artisanal crafts industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
