Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
• Fluency in English and Hindi languages.
• Good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Prior experience in customer service or telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
