We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Front Office Executive with advanced Excel knowledge to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor and provide assistance as needed.
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it remains tidy and presentable at all times.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for executives and staff members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and databases.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹22,374.90 per month
